I don't know why I gave him the outfit... but I did. His hat is very shiny.

His proportions, other than the two eyes, should be correct, done from a photo as I've always been put off drawing these eight-tentacled anatomies.

For the fussy ones, Oscar's eigth tentacle is behind him, hidden from view.

Needed to brush up on using the pen tool.
